I have noticed a weird reaction by using paypal payment method.
Sometimes the order status changes after Paypal payment, and sometimes, not.
*Change status from “Open” (O) to “Processing” (P).
In the end, I found out that if a customer click the link [color=#404040][font=Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, Tahoma, sans-serif]“[/font][/color]Return to Merchant[color=#404040][font=Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, Tahoma, sans-serif]” then the status will change, but if customer close the window the order will be Open and “Uncomplited”. [/font][/color]
[color=#404040][font=Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, Tahoma, sans-serif]In the case that I have 2 departments in my business, 1 to receive new orders and 1 to receive paid orders, the 2nd department should wait an other department (lol) that will receive the Paypal email Notification. [/font][/color]
What can I do?
