I am sure it is a PayPal problem, but it occurs to my CS-cart customers and I already had 1000 imcomplete orders because of this !
The problem seems to be that I can NOT instruct PayPal from within the CS-Cart software to display either English, or the language of the customer, on the PayPal landing page.
Since I myself am based in The Netherlands, PayPal displays a DUTCH page initially when customers click on Checkout (either Credit card or PayPal). And YES, I have selected English in my PayPal Merchant profile. This is one of these systems that are trying to be too smart for their own good.
Am I the only one having this problems !? HELP!!
