Paypal Reports Always Have Blank Itemid - Is There A Config Setting?

I've been using CS-Cart for over a year now, configured for using PayPal as the payment processor.

I'm now starting to use the PayPal reports to do some analysis and find “ItemID” column in the PayPal report is always blank - I'd expect to see the Product Code from CS-Cart in this field. The only identifying information that shows up in the PayPal reports is in the Item Title column (which is populated with the Product Name information from CS-Cart).

Is there some configuration thing I'm missing?
