Interesting… only one field or any another fields too? Do you have any modifcations are isntalled?

Try disable custom modules and place order. May be one of them do it. Also, you can compare paypal php file of your store with default version, may be there are some changes in it.

Please specify the exact CS-Cart version and PayPal method you use?

Hi is a cscart 2.2.5 and payment method is paypal pro :-( sadly they do not have a cscart in help section :-(
