I am setting up paypal payments in version 4. Everytime I try to do a test transaction and submit my order, the page just refreshes but nothing happens.
I am not redirected to paypal and the order doesn’t even get processed.

We have just checked and we were redirected to paypal page:
We received the same result as Cart-Power
Which browser did you use for testing?
