Please anyone,How you setup PayPal Payments Advanced and cs cart 4.3.xx
Please do the following:
1. In the administration panel, go to Administration > Payment methods.
2. Click the + button on the left.
3. In the opened window, specify the name in the Name text input field, select PayPal Advanced in the Processor drop-down select box, enter the necessary description into the corresponding input fields, upload an image if necessary.
4. In the same window, go to the Configure tab. This will open a section with PayPal Advanced settings.
Complete the following fields:
Merchant login
API user
API partner
API password
This data can be found in your PayPal Advanced account.
Test/Live mode - select Live. In order to use the Test mode you need to get additional accounts at PayPal Sandbox.
5. Click the Create button to save the changes.
Here are some tips for anyone struggling with this. CS Cart's documentation is inadequate.
Merchant login and API user - usually identical info
API partner - almost always 'PayPal'
API password - you're on your own here ;)
If you get:
Some required information is missing or incorrect. Please correct the fields below and try again.
Error: PayPal Express Checkout is not setup on this account.
- Log into your PayPal Manager account at https://manager.paypal.com, go to the "Service Settings" tab, select "Set-up".
- Under the "Choose your settings" section, make sure "Transaction Process Mode" is set to "Live".
