Paypal Method Not Working

I am using V4.15.

The payment account is available. but i met below problem,



“ErrorOops, something went wrong (Service Temporarily Unavailable). Please try again.”



Have anyone met this situation before?

Edited: Now it goes to the store closed page. However, the store is alive.

i did not get https for the site yet? should i get the https to the site ? then the paypal is working?
