Hi, out of the blue PayPal no longer works after weekend..

All orders get to Incompleteed or Open. Cart version 4.2.2

KB suggests for 4.2.X disable IPN, auto return. So I got them disabled.

Orders status from paypal is processed, in logs Status: Incompleted -> Processed. Stock gets -1 and later order becomes incomplete. In checkout I am taken not to landing page but to last checkout step

"Your order has been declined by the payment processor. Please review your information and contact store administration."

Help!

Tested all, auto return, IPN all kind of settings but still getting this problem. Order is changed from incomplete to processed and later to incomplete again. From paypal I am returned not to landing page but to checkout.checkout last step..
