Paypal Ipn Setting

Hi,

I'm using 4.3.2 Multivendor and trying to troubleshoot some PayPal issues that only started after upgrading from 4.1.

I'm currently checking my PayPal settings (using express) to see if I missed anything. There is a section for Instant Payment Notification (IPN) settings. Should i set it to 'Receive IPN messages (Enabled)'? if so, what should i enter in the notification URL?

The URL is generated by CS-Cart. You can leave it empty
