Getting this error but all is okay on password and API.

Please check whether you specified the proper certificate file name in the payment method settings in your CS-Cart admin panel. This certificate file should be located in the payments/certificates directory of your CS-Cart installation and should have 644 permissions.
If everything is set up properly and you still get the same error, the problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
