Here's a screenshot. Unless you click on Calculate shipping before moving to click on PayPal button, no shipping is added to the price and customers can go all the way without paying for shipping.
I have one custom and simple shipping, which is set to all UK locations for £x. The other thing that's annoying me is the "Calculate shipping cost". Can I set that somehow that it shows the actual amount on the Cart page before users put in the address?
Post to bugtracker. Probably they have a suggestion or solution to this problem

I tried your website and it didn't work. If a customer sees PayPal checkout button and just click on it, their total is missing delivery charges.
I think CS-Cart is lacking this essential feature for automatic display/calculation of shipping cost with an option in admin. There should be no need for an addon when it comes to features like this.

But when they continue checkout shipping fees are charged
Calculation needs to be made in the cart by clicking calculate shipping if more than 1 shipping method is available, if not chosen then user is directed back to the cart to complete shipping options. Long winded I think, and doesnt speed up the process at all

If they continue to checkout that's not a problem. The problem is when they click on PayPal checkout directly while on cart page, they can bypass shipping.
