Paypal Error

We are using CS-Cart 4.5.1 with the paypal payment method.

Sometimes (not anytime) the payment is completed by the cutsomer, all payment information are OK, but the order goes "incomplete". The answer from processor is "order has been cancelled by cutsomer". When we check our paypal account, payment has been correctly credited.

One of our customer reported that when he finished its order, paypal send a confirmation that everything is ok, but when he return on our cs-cart shop, a message says "transaction cancelled by customer" and "cart is now empty"

Any idea ?
