Payment Successful Yet Cart Still Full / No Order Confirmation

Hi,



We bought a payment module for CC through a third party. You can add a product to the cart and checkout which redirects you to the payment gateway.



You can then pay and you are redirect back to the site.



You receive a Payment Successful Pop UP…but…this is issue:


  1. Cart still has product
  2. Order doesnt exist / customer doesnt receive email confirmation.



    The exact script works (cc) on multiple sites, just not this one … what could the issue be thats preventing it from working?

    Why you do not contact the developer of the module? I assume that it is a bug.
