I have 3 active payment methods, Credit card, Phone ordering, and Check. Yet when I go to the Check Out, only the top 3 sections work: Contact information, Address, and Shipping method. Payment method is grayed out and I can’t click on it to enter a payment. Any ideas or do you need more information?
Need more info such as locations, shipping method and a url to your installation.

Converting from OsCommerce to CSCart. Live site is www.kcstrings.com. New site, in testing mode is 69.175.36.11/shop
Shipping method: Custom shipping method (3-5 days) - $44.00
(That looks like it is working)
SSL has been setup (obviously doesn’t work while in the IP mode).
Gateway to AuthorizeNet has been setup.
Need to run a test transaction before we can finish up and go live…

This is getting urgent.
During the checkout process, within the Shipping Section, you must click the “Save” button (even if you only have a single shipping option displayed). Then, the Payments section step will become available.
(I actually changed our button text to read “Save & Continue”)

yea, i thought i’d just press that and waallabedarned if the pmt methods didn’t show up! - i’ll change that button so its clear that that’s what’s needed - perhaps if only one shipping option shows there could be a note saying pressing one button would change it, and another would continue - but it needs to be clear!
tks!
but… this puts my phrase save shipping & continue… button text even in admin panel. at this point i’m not sure how to finesse things so that a template knows to apply this to a customer cart buton situation instead of the entire cart…
