Payment Method fields don't change

Hi,

For some reason, maybe related to the ajax/javascript, the fields of my Payment Method don’t change during checkout.



For example, when the radio for Credit Card is selected, the Credit Card fields display, which is correct. But when I click on any other method like COD, the Credit Card fields remain and don’t change.



Does anyone have any ideas, or has anyone faced this?



I appreciate any help.

We just turned off the 1-page checkout in the admin options
