We are experiencing a critical issue with the RTL Owl Carousel slider. On macOS Safari and iOS Safari version 26 and later, the slider stops functioning entirely.
This is the second time we have encountered a similar compatibility problem. The first occurrence was with iOS 18.4+, which took approximately three months to resolve. We are now facing the same situation again with iOS 26+.
This issue is directly impacting customer experience, resulting in lost sales and reduced trust in the platform. We cannot afford another prolonged delay for an official fix.
Please advise if there is an immediate workaround or patch we can apply while waiting for a permanent solution.
