One of our clients just contacted us to say that an order was placed that hadn't had VAT applied to it. Upon investigation I found that the VAT was indeed paid but had been added as a separate item, which CS-Cart hasn't taken note of. I had brought this issue up previously and was told that upgrading the site (which required an extension to the license) would fix this issue but it appears to still be happening.
Does CS-Cart intend to fix this or do I have to tell my client that there's nothing that cna be done except to stop offering PayPal as a payment option?
