Orders not being attached to customer

Both new and repeat customers are not having orders attached to their profile (though historical orders for customers do appear).

I did as requested, liked to this topic and noting it was requested I contact them, they closed the ticket because I didn’t have customer support.

Are bugs now only resolved if you have a customer subscription? That isn’t the understanding of the licence I purchased.

There are no known bugs that could have caused this issue. This is why your installation needs to be examined. For this, you will need an active support subscription.
