Any idea How can I get my orders on two different email ?

It is not very clear what you want to send to two different emails? Notification?



Checking the standard CS-Cart features, we are sure that there is no ability to enter 2 addresses in the email field.

There are 2 variants how to make your idea alive:

  1. Custom modification, contact us.
  2. Create the email box that will automatically send upcoming letters to other emails.

Try to set up the Order department e-mail address setting in the following format:

email1@domain.com,email2@domain.com

You can also use one order email address in the order department and in your CPAnel you can setup forward to 2 different addresses.

We have 3 people that receive and take care of our orders that way.

We do it this way as otherwise we get an error message from our payment processor as “malformed” and rejects payments
