Currently the "total paid" is calculated by the $paid_statuses variable buried inside the code.
This feature request is to add a check box in the order status management page (statuses.manage) to enable or disable "paid status" for each order status.
Currently, any order status added by the administrator can only be considered not paid.
This is problematic for reporting including the cool new graph on the admin home page.
