Ive had a good look around the internet, forums and CS Cart documentation but cant find what order status “N” is. The funny thing is the order that has this status is present in the database but I cant find it when I do a search in the admin area.
Anyone got any ideas?
The order status 'N' is assigned to incompleted orders. These orders appear when there is no callback from the payment gateway.
Any reason why a status "N" order would not show up ANYWHERE in the orders? It's in the database but does not exist in the admin panel, not even in uncompleted orders. The customer shows up but the order does not.
It should be showing when the incompleted orders menu item is selected from the orders.manage page in your admin.
