Order Invoice mail is not receiving at all


The order placed and paid by payment gateway but the order invoice email not received for customer but other triggered email received.

The order invoice,refund and other customer related email’s not received.

if any settings needs to be change or any other issue?


Have you checked the settings? Administration->Notfications->Customer notifications

I’ve found the issue and The order invoice mail are received in spam because of gmail & yahoo new inbox mail receive regulation.
