Order Credit Note - Shipping Charges To Be Removed From Total

On generation of Order Credit Note we want that the shipping charges should be removed since the credit note will not include the shipping charges and only the product price. Can some one please points us to the code responsible for this so that we can adjust the same for not adding the shipping charges.

What do you mean by Order Credit Note?

Credit note happens when you do an RMA and reimburse an order amount. That should not include shipping charges.
