Open Order Status

Ok from what I can see there are two different types of “Open” orders. The first is someone that has not yet payed and still has items saved in their wish list. The other is when a customer checks out using a PayPal tranfer. If someone uses PayPal tranfer it keeps the order as Open and does not change it to processed. I do not understand why this doesnt happen.

Anyway the reason I am having issues with this is because we know there are orders via email. The only orders we receive via email are processed orders because most open orders are just people that haven’t payed yet and we don’t want to be shipping out non payed for orders.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
