We get the following error when we change the “order status” of any order…

The system makes the needed change, but we still get the error.



We are using version 2.1.3 and we just upgraded from version 2.1.2 and we just started getting the error when we upgraded while we processing orders.



CS support says it has something to do with the “mail server configuration”, but that is all they wanted to say. What doesn’t make any sense is we changed NOTHING with the mail server configuration! This leads me to believe that some type of setting is different in 2.1.3 than it was in 2.1.2 on the mail server.



Anyone got any ideas?
