On Sale Products Not Showing Up

I created a test sale promotion and tried adding the On Sale products in the storefront but it is not showing up.

I followed this https://docs.cs-cart.com/4.9.x/user_guide/addons/bestsellers_and_on_sale_products/bestsellers_pages.html

When I check dispatch=products.on_sale, nothing shows up.

The minimum final sale discount in the addon setting is set to just 1%, my promotions are set at 50%.

Need help.

Show how you have set up the promotion and enter the website address.

On sale page does not show discounts from promotions in CS-Cart. It just shows items which have list price higher than the regular price
