Looking at your site it seems that you had a lot of custom modifications done with significant changes done to some core files, considering the above it would be virtually impossible for someone to tell you whats wrong without having access to your server and it's files. Your best bet would be to higher someone with cs-cart expertise to look into all the issues you have going on with your website.

I cleared my cache and database, also disabled it to search in (pages)
