Hi folks,
In CS Cart you have the 'notify supplier' option:
Notify supplier - select this check box if you want to inform the supplier about placing the order with this status.
But what kind of notification does the supplier gets when an order is placed? A packing slip?
Cheers,
Ewald.
Hello Ewald,
Thank you for your message.
This check box is for the same feature as the Notify orders department and Notify customer check boxes. For example, if a supplier's product is purchased and the Notify supplier check box is selected for an order status, the supplier will receive the same invoice by e-mail as the customer and the administrator receive.
I hope it answers your question.

Thanks for your quick reply, Pavel.
I think it would be more logic that an packing slip would be forwarded to the supplier.
(especialy since I am using one of my webshops with a dropship supplier)
Cheers,
Ewald
