Not getting an email confirmation for new sales order

After upgrading to 2.2.4 I am not receiving an email when someone places an order. I am using SMTP mail and it is configured correctly because I do receive contact emails, request for quotes, and a notification on order cancellation.



What could be causing me not to get emails when orders are placed.

Try this:



Check the Order Status section and check the Notify Orders Department for the Processed Status
