I've added image in General tab of the product and images in "Color" Options tab. But the product page is just displaying the images in "Color" Options tab.
How can the product page display the image in General tab first before the user choose the color?

It's not good for customer experience when the customers want to see more information on the pictures.

I've got the answer from Cs-Cart team, and I want to share with anyone here:
On the Options tab click the Color option. Mark it as Required and click Save.
