No option to add "shipment"

I heard others talking about this, but in the back end there is no button, option, or place for me to Add a shipment (or send user an email with tracking number)



Any ideas?

I would also like an answer to this.

This should help get you pointed in the right direction.



Try enabling the “Shipments” feature in CS-Cart, then view an order in your admin panel.





Admin>Settings>General> “Allow Users to Create Shipments” = (Checked) ;)

No such option exists in our Settings/General. Any suggestions?

I don't use this function, but it did add additional functions to the orders.

Thanks for the reply Bob, but it is not there. Is it only available on the Pro version?

I only have the Pro version, so I don't know what is “missing” in the community version.

Need to indicate the version you have since there are several versions.
