No Notification Emails For Customer-To-Vendor Communication!


I have installed Customer-to-Vendor Communication add-on. It's working fine in Message center but the notification emails did not send to the vendor or the admin!

Any possible reason?

Because it not working with old email templates.

These emails will only be sent if you use the new email template editing mode.

I installed the add-on and it works great on the default templates that came with MV but when I use customized template that add-on disappears from the product and vendor page.

Is there special codes that I need to add on the design/themes/my template/templates/blocks/product_templates/default_template.tpl? Also, is there a way to add the code to a block?

Any help or advice you can give me will be grateful. I'm using upgraded MV 4.7.4
