No longer have Cart Access

We acquired our CS-Cart back in 2016 and until just now it has operated almost flawlessly however, our web host has caused us an issue and the cart has reverted to what it was when we first tried it out now advising us our free trial is over. We’re dumbfounded and unsure of how to proceed. Advice?
