No Longer Able to Establish API Connection

We are no longer able to execute API calls in Zapier or (Formerly Integromat). After 6 months of successfully being connected to both platforms starting 10 days ago it no longer works. We have gone through all of the documentation, reset the API token and tried various different URLS.

Is anyone else having difficultly establishing an API connection? (Ex: Webhooks for Zapier)

Version: Multi-Vendor v4.16.2

The only way we are able to establish a connection is by using the URL from our administration panel but then all further API requests fail.
