No logos in emails? Is domain missing from URL?

I'm using 2.1.4 - but none of my email invoices show the company logo (the PDF versions for print work ok).

I've looked in the forum and found a couple of suggestions (make sure Hotlink prevention is not set at the server etc) but nothing is working.

Looking at the source code from one of the emails it shows the image link as:


is this correct?

Should it not contain the full URL to the image?

No, unfortunately, this path is incorrect. The path should be the absolute one. For example:

me too. cant see the logo on the invoice, once the order confirmation has been sent!

I've been experiencing this issue with an upgraded 3.0.6 site. The only fix that's worked so far is to add “{$company_placement_info.company_website}” to the src in invoice.tpl as per this thread:
