Changing no_image.gif for another .gif one in:



/MYSHOP/skins/MY_SKIN/customer/images/



does not produce any change in the strorefront: it shows original “NO IMAGE AVAILABLE”.



How do I change it?

I’m assuming you’ve named your new image no_image.gif and replaced the original then cleared your cache.

Correct: new image is named



no_image.gif



cache is cleared

The location of this image is in the images directory in the root of your store and not the skins directory.
