I’m noticing a few email issues lately;
Email notifications to current vendors are coming back as “delivery failed”.
Form submission do not get sent to email that is assigned.
These seemed fine before, however I recently changed servers - could this have any effect?
Hi!
Usually, the “delivery failed” emails contains important details on why the email was not delivered to the receiver. Could you please check them?

For the most part, figured out what the issue was. However, now it’s come down to cs-cart setting issues - contacted the helpdesk to diagnose further.

Actually, @CS-Cart_team would you know what would prevent email settings from saving in the backend?
The email settings won’t be saved only if they are incorrect. When you enter them and click Save, the server tries to instantiate the connection to the SMTP server using the data provided. If it fails, it will revert to the previous state of the data.
