No advanced search option for block creation

Admin backend → Website → Themes → Layouts
Note: this block was pre-made with the platform using the css class homepage-on-sale

When aditing a block for items to feature or from specific vendors, I can not access the advanced search section. Only the arrow appears, but nothing happens when clicking.
This limits me to search each item manually if wanting a specific vendors items.

Hi!

Sorry, but I could not understand what steps are required to reproduce the issue. I have added a Products block and on the Content tab the advanced search was available.
