I have an issue with the Newsletter system.
When I send a newsletter to Newsletter subscribers the system seems to send it to people also not in that particular subscribers list. I have had a couple of GDPR complaints saying that the system will not allow them to remove themselves using the unsubscribe button. This is because they are not in the list. When I log into the old customers account and look at their profile it does not show that they are subscribed.
Help please.
