Hi:
I finally upgraded to the newest version and now when I try to add a product and select the category I want to the product in I get this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/co/public_html/var/compiled/admin/%%E4^E42^E4252AD1%%mainbox.tpl.php on line 41
Any Ideas or Suggestions. Thanks for your time
Log in to your admin, and browse to this URL:
http://www.yourdomain.com?admin.php?cc
Replacing 'yourdomain.com' with your website domain name.
Then try adding a product again. If you still get the same error and you have FTP access to your server:
Connect via FTP, browse to /var/cache/ and delete all files and folders within the cache folder. Do the same for /var/compiled/, removing admin, customer and mail folders.
Try adding a product again.
If it fails this time, unless someone else can offer a solution, I would advise creating a support ticket to CS-Cart Support.
I have the same problem. I did as written here does not work. Posted in tech support, waiting.
