First you said ‘if you add a product’… The link above points to a category.

Try to switch to the ‘Developer mode’. Generally your detailed images are to big, make it smaller.

Then go to Administration > Settings > Thumbnails and change just the ‘Width’ of in the thumbnail setting (leave the ‘height’ blank) and save. Then reload your frontend site.

i added a product

klik on the picture then you see

before with 2.1.0 we never have this problems

I see what do you mean, but again, it’s not the product thumbnail, it’s the category thumbnail. Can you post a better screenshot (in a better resolution) of the thumbnail settings, because the first one isn’t readable.

here you find 2 JPG

This is definitely your setup/customizations. That ducati image is a product link. did you customize your TPL files?

Your product image is NOT resized

http://www.cdmedia.nl/images/thumbnails/2/120/120/Logo_Ducati_Corse.jpg

Does your server have the correct Image libraries required by CS?

GD Image for example.

Delete the product and re add it.

we have all we need on server

its not only this site is more site;s

before it whas working on 2.1.0 no any problem

i have a older site with this version there i dont have this problems

only with versions 2.1.2. and 2.1.3

and its on the same server

i have not edit any tpl files because i have no work with this

The software does not resize your detailed image. What you upload is the size it will be and in this case your image that you uploaded is 3,071px × 3,378px.

i can make a product there with this same picture and he will resize

What is the size of the image you are uploading?

i never look add the sizes before because it working normaly to resize

but with new version only problems

also clients have same problem

Again… your detailed picture is to big! Did you try to resize it to a lower resolution? No, you didn’t. Did you try to use only the width of the thumbnails as described above? No, you didn’t. Maybe someone could help, when you give to them access to your server and CS-Cart admin page.

Trust me, there isn’t a bug, the bug is in your configuration.

MAke the image the size you want and then upload it.

letting the site resize the images is not good anyways

Done

Well it looks like I stand corrected. I haven’t messed around with 2.1.x until now but it looks like you can pretty much have all images resized to your liking. This is a screenshot of the thumbnail settings in 2.1.3.

Administration – Settings - Administration panel_1296722227732.jpg

i resized it to 500-600

this site with 2.1.3 have problems

http://www.cdmedia.nl/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=361

this site with 2.1.0 no problems

http://www.budgetshirt.nl/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=337

All settings are same

also same server

so why he make on 2.1.0 good thumbnails and with 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 always problem

NVM i got i working messed around with the settings of thumbnails and now working again
