New Seo Module

Hello all CS-Cart Clients,

i think the primal function the cs-cart missing is a really good SEO MODULE. Therefore i have request a offer from the Dev-Team of Cs-Cart. This Module is for the Cs-Cart Version 2.0.8

Now i search 2 or 3 Companys or maybe more, they share with me the costÂ´s.

Cs-Cart have made me an offer over 1440 US Dollar.

The NEW SEO Module have this Functions:

The “SEO changes” modification.

We will modify SEO module. The module should have the ability to be switched on and off (enabled disabled) as needed.
We will add the ability to specify SEO links for news pages. Each news will have own SEO name.

The admin will be able to use only letters of the English language for SEO links/names and will not be able to use letters of any other languages and special symbols (like % or $).
We will add the ability not to display the “index.php” file in the [url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com link.

The “index.php” for example www.mydomain.com/index.php (of startpage) should not be visible neither for the user nor for the search engine.
We will add the ability to use the following format of SEO links for tags:

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com (this only on en language)

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com (this only on de language) and so on

instead of

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com

The admin will be able to use only letters of the English language for SEO links/names and will not be able to use letters of any other languages and special symbols (like % or $).
We will add the ability to specify SEO name/link for different languages for category and product and all pages of the store like news, static pages and forms.

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com (german language)

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com (english language) and so on

The admin will be able to use only letters of the English language for SEO links/names and will not be able to use letters of any other languages and special symbols (like % or $).
We will add the ability to specify the “meta keywords” and “meta description” values for tags of products in the admin panel.

These values will not be displayed and used in the storefront.
We will add the ability to use SEO links for the filter links.

example: [url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com

Format of this SEO link will be developed within this MOD.
We will add the ability to use uppercase in URLs.

example:

at the moment: [url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com

after modification:

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com
We will add the ability to specify the default membership in the store. All the registered customers will get the ‘active’ default membership.
We wil add the setting for each new feature, which will be added within this task, so that the admin will be able to enable or disable each new one.
The source text (internal HTML code of any page) of newshop.mc3600.de should not contain links like the following ones:

href=“/index.php&sl=EN”

href=“/index.php&sl=DE”

and the other languages

Links should be SEO friendly.
Also must all other not seo-friendly links like /index.php and the others (http://YOURDOMAIN.com/index.php?dispatch=profiles.add), search engine must get a dissallow in robots.txt.

Each page of the shop should be addressable through one url only. Now it can be vistited some of the pages in the shop with the same content with two different urls For example:

[url]yourdomain.com is available for purchase - Sedo.com

thanks for your comment, but it isnt a solution for all the SEO Problems, only for the Capitalize URL.

For 1400$ they will fix they own problems.

Now I am not going to post what should be fixed, just what should be seen and indexed.

Basically robots should see just products & pages

And nothing more… All this content should be blocked starting from

To pay CS-cart to include features the cart really should have defines the purpose for me.

After we paid for it it’s probably released in the next update

I don’t think CSC will index the SEO problem. The reason may be obvious

and I admire what magento enterprise edition did, which is amazing .
