I just bought a new payment gateway called CitrusPay (www.citruspay.com) to use on my website. The company has provided the integration kit for CS-Cart, but it seems like it is for one of the older 4.x.x versions, as I was unable to find the file structure in the documentation.
I've attached the whole integration kit with proper instructions for you to take a look at. I would appreciate it if you could help me out in its installation.

Problem solved! Turns out that the documentation they provided was out-dated. I was successfully able to install it after getting in contact with their support.
