Wow, I kind of wish I would have read through more of these recent comments before CS changed the forum format. It is so much more difficult to read the new set up. With that, I sure hope no one has already suggested the following.
Anyway, a suggestion for the new admin would be to make the “Order ID” as a default “admin.php?dispatch=orders.manage” instead of having to drop down the advanced search. I'm not for sure about others, but most of the time we try to search for a customers order by using the Order ID first.
Can You PLEASE ADD a Recipient Phone Number to the Ship To Address!!! Currently there is only a customer contact phone number for the billing. But my customers require real time delivery and express delivery and we need to contact the recipient and there isn't a space on the invoice for the person receving the order especially for gift baskets. Pretty please with sugar on top.

Check that your profile fields have it as a required field on checkout.
