New Install And 8 Explorer On Down

I had everything rolling on new upgrade because I did or do everthing using chrome and worked fine then I went to ie browser and everything is out of wack the thing is most of our accounts use ie 8 on down so we would loose business if we upgraded, is there fix for this issue or skins

As far as I understand, you've installed the latest CS-Cart version and it works incorrectly in IE 8, right? If so, it is the issue of CS-Cart system, you can contact the support to figure out why it happens or post to a bug tracker. IE 8 is an old browser and, as we all know, CS-Cart 4.1.4 includes a responsive design layout, probably it causes the issues.
