New host; now space missing between fields in receipt emails

Find this kind of odd. After moving to a hew host, our receipt emails don’t have spacing between fields.

So instead of this:
First Last
Street Address
City, State 55555

It looks like this:
FirstLast
Street Address
City,State55555

From what I can tell it is both the receipts we get emailed to us and also the ones to the customer. What would cause this simply by changing hosting companies?

Consult with your hosting provider, the new host may have different PHP, SMTP, or other mail-related settings that affect email delivery.

Thanks. I do know PHP is the same as I’m using an older version to work with my site.
