Hi cs-team we think begin use message center addon "ask question addon"
but its working currently only for products.
need folowing improves
1-) add communication for orders between vendor and customers
2-) add global new message button for system admins about customer global problems( without order or product problems)
3-) can be add departments for messages Like "Product Support" , "Global Support", "Orders Department" also system admin or vendor admins can be assign this categories.
How is idea ?
