I am new to CS-Cart.
I have installed it and I have it all looking the way I want it to, for now.
However I cannot get the shipping set up to work for me.
I have it working for the United States but I can’t get it working for countries outside the United States.
I need to get this working soon and I am losing patients because I can’t figure it out.
I am not sure if I am in the right forum or if there is a forum for this.
I am willing to pay someone to get this set up for me.
Where can I post this to get hired help to get my shipping set up?

I looked that over and maybe I am missing something but that is for shipping methods.
I need to find out how to set up shipping cost for different countries.
I know 0.8 oz in the United states is USA is listed there and I have figured that out.
However, for example; how do I add Germany to the list?
I have included an attachment to try to explain what I am referring to.

OK, I figured this out. I had to set up locations.
