I have 100% CPU load by mysql though I have no task on DB , no import , nothing. What could cause that and how to fix it ? I have dedicated powerful dedicated server.

I am just a user of cs-cart, But i request cs-cart provide the answers, or guide your users. Its very frustrating if some one posted there issues but not got any answer.

Because cs-cart’s queries repeat many times, sometimes there is an image query that queries up to 18 times.

This requires examination directly at your servers. The most common reason today - the store is being crawled by malicious bots. Sometimes a single bot can reach a million pages opened in a day.

All this seems to be started after I added 2 millions products sitemap on google console. Could google bots generate such issue or more likely malicious bots ?
It’s better to check the access_log at your server to check the most frequent User-Agent from all the requests.
But 2 million products alone can cause an increased load on the server, even in the case of regular SQL queries in CS-Cart, not to mention the possible third party solutions used.

Thanks for reply, its not my question but if a user get suggestion or guide, it mean a lot.
What I do is look at the load averages and when I suspect malicious activity, I go and look at the visitor log during the malicious activity. When I find the suspect(s), I block the IP(s) in the firewall.

It seems like after enabling malicious bots traffic block , CPU load dropped to 5-20%. Not sure if its permanent but at this time the problem seems to be solved.
