Hello CS Cart Developers,

I would like to make it mandatory for my Vendor Applicants to open a pop-up, read and click a box acknowledging that they accept the terms and conditions of my User Agreement before they can Submit their application and write that acknowledgement to the database.

While modifying the application, I would also like to:

- Add Tax ID Field to Form

- Add Tax IS Form to Database (Mandatory Field)

Has anyone done this before?

Did this go anywhere? The User Agreement for the vendors?

No - and I am not pursuing it anymore as I have different terms for different Vendors.
